Good English sub deluxe version
Yui Natsukawa plays a single mother with a 6-year-old son. She is diagnosed with breast cancer and then meets the town doctor played by Masahiro Motoki. This doctor also lost his wife because of breast cancer. The similarity of their destinies causes them to fight this illness together. "87%" itself is the survival percentage that Yui Natsukawa has in the next five years after her diagnosis.

Realistic. Very moving to watch Yui Natsukawa act as a single mother suddenly slapped with news that she was suffering from first stage breast cancer and her struggle to conquer her fears, hold down her job, raise her son single-handedly and carry on with life.
Nice theme song - Kimi ga Iru! |

A pretty straightforward drama with no surprises or twists. But what I like about this drama is the realistic plot it has. It feels like an life-story that would happen to anyone around yourself. Didn't quite felt the struggle the female protagonist had & too much was focused on the treatment etc. It needs to have a little more dramatical elements. |
